We’ve been busy! This latest round of updates to the GrowthZone Community platform is all about making it easier to connect, engage, and understand your audience - whether they’re members, prospects, or first-time attendees.
Here’s what’s new:
Session Public Access
Hosting public events just got a whole lot easier. You can now open sessions to guest attendees - no Community login required. Guests can register with just their name and email, receive a secure magic link for access, and stay in the loop with the same automated reminders as members.

Get a clearer picture of how your sessions are performing. With the new Analytics tab, you can quickly see who attended and how long they stayed - plus dig into attendee-level details or export your data for deeper analysis.

Session Polls
Bring your sessions to life with the recently launched built-in interactive polls. Create multiple-choice questions, set timing, and watch responses roll in live - all without needing third-party tools or disrupting the experience.
New Direct Messaging Experience
Messaging recently got a major upgrade. The redesigned experience makes it easier to stay organized and in control with a draggable window, tabbed views (All, Unread, Hidden), and simple inbox management tools like mute, hide, and leave.
Improved Direct Messaging Notifications
Stay informed without overwhelming your inbox. DM notifications now group messages into a single alert over a timeframe you control - whether that’s every few hours, daily, or weekly - so you never miss what matters without the noise.
